1. What do we offer in iCounseling.ie
The iCounseling.ie provide a service of excellence delivering on-line counseling coaching and psychotherapy, engaging with other social services. By receiving our Online counseling service, or visiting the website, you accept and submit to the terms of service that you have read and agreed with our of the Terms and Conditions statement and approve our Privacy Policy.
This Online and Telephone service is not suitable for suicidal crisis; if you are suicidal please contact the emergency services.
You recognise that we may refuse the use of our service and recommend alternative assistance if we acknowledge that our support is not suitable for you, regarding to the character of the case, or due to our client lists being full or not disposing of an appropriate therapist for the specific case, or if you are suicidal.
The terms and conditions comprise relevant information, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. Accordingly, the use of this website implies approval of these terms of service.
2. General Information
The Online counseling website will serve for general information aim only. Also, the information given while using the Online counseling is not and should not be recognised as legal advice, nor medical advice.

3. Eligibility for On-line Counseling Services
Clients interested in receiving On-line counseling services must be at least 18 years old.
For minors, the parents or legal guardians should be aware of using these services.
4. Service Hours
iCounseling offers a 24 hour service – Sessions can be booked for any time in the 24 hour day, considering the slots available for that purpose.
Instant chat, and Telephone sessions last for 40 minutes
E-mail sessions per 1000 words.
Skype web-cam sessions 40 minutes
5. Bookings
After submitting the form, you will be contacted via phone or receive an email within 48 hours to confirm availability to carry out the session, and with the means and information necessary to make the payment, which must be made up to 48 hours prior to the session. Only with the effectiveness of the payment and receipt of it, the session will be definitively confirmed.
You will have the option of using iCounseling.ie services anonymously if you wish. However, if you do not provide the personal information requested of you to us, we may not be able to provide you with all of the advice and referrals we would otherwise be able to.

6. Payment Policy
The Payments for our services are required to be made after booking, prior each sessions times and/or dates.
The payment can also be made for via pre-arranged direct deposit and online or telephone banking. Our contact is available for any questions concerning to payment means.
7. Session Fees
All session fees must be paid in advance. If you need to cancel/reschedule you must contact iCounseling as soon as possible to arrange suitable alternatives.
8. Session Validity
Clients who’ve purchased one e-mail counseling session only
After making a payment for 1 session you should submit your email of your problem/issue within 3 days.
– Clients who’ve purchased 1 Instant Chat, Telephone one session only:
After booking your session you will be directed to the payment page.
There will be no refunds for invalid or expired sessions.
9. Cancellation Policy
We consider mutual respect fundamental for keeping our relationship with our clients. If for any reason you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment we recommend our clients to communicate with us with at least 24 hours notice. Missing an appointment without informing us will induce to the full charge of fee for the booked session. We highly recommend you to be available (online/available) for the online appointment 5 – 10 minutes before the agreed time.
Short-Notice – Online Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the agreed upon full fee for the session.
If user does not attend the session at the agreed time, the Professional will just wait twenty (20) minutes after the time scheduled, and the amount shall not be refunded due to the missed session.
If the Client is late to the scheduled session, after having informed iCounseling.ie services of this delay, the session will be carried out in the same way, although with a lower proportion of the delay time, since it must be finished.
10. Limitations of Liability
Even though we expect our clients to benefit from our on-line counseling, we do not guarantee a specific outcome. Counseling is a process where, by talking to a professional about how you’re feeling, you can work out, or try to change the things that cause you distress. Even if the solution means accepting a particular situation that cannot be changed, and helping you to cope with that. However the changes resulting from counseling cannot be predicted, despite the fact we will do our best to achieve the best possible results for you.
Accordingly any complaint against our service shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of our services. Contingent to the Consumer Guarantees supplied for in Consumer Protection Legislation (including the Irish and European Consumer Law), iCounseling.ie will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our services.
Our Online counseling Service holds no liability if connection with the website becomes unavailable. iCounseling.ie holds no responsibility to a user’s telephone, a user’s computer system, tablet, software data or technical difficulty occurring in connection to this website. The iCounseling.ie services holds no responsibility and holds no liability in regard to any computer viruses or corruption to any individual client’s computer or device.
11. Access and Communication
The iCounseling.ie do not warrant the continual access to the Online counseling services. It will not be accountable in the occurrence that the couunselling.ie website is unavailable due to computer downtime attributable to malfunctions upgrades, preventative or remedial maintenance activities or interruption in telecommunications supply. As alternative, in case of unattainable service of the On-line counseling we provide the access to our services by telephone.
